SELLING POLICIES
For all new accounts, prepayment is required. Payments must be in cash, certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
CLAIMS POLICIES
The claim for any defect must be made within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
RETURNS POLICIES
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and in their original packaging.
REFUNDS
USA Acrylic does not issue refunds. Subject to these policies, we will supply or exchange defective merchandise only, or a credit will be issued to the Customer’s account.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to transportation contingencies, lack of the usual source of supply of fuel, materials, or labor, accidents, product delays, or any other difficulties.
USA Acrylic will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures arising from such causes.
SHIPPING
The customer must pick up the products at our facility in Florida. We do not offer a shipping service.
